Actually, unless you’re warned otherwise you believe you’re alone and you do think it’s private. So if neither person knows they’re being recorded, you cannot use it. Government is corrupt.

You have a right to remain silent and anything you say can be used against you. But that isn’t stated when you get out in the backseat. Sounds very incriminating and should be thrown out in court.

Okay. He is wrong at th3 start. Not all dash cam equipped cars have multiple cameras. Less dash cams now due ro body cameras. Expense and redundant
