As a travel nurse I’ve worked in tons of facilities. Lab is rarely if ever the reason it’s hemolyzed. Bad draws usually #1!

Two of my coworkers tried all they could to hemolyze a red top by shaking and throwing it and literally it came out just fine, unfortunately it really just come from the draw 🥲
