sounds like a you problem, I'm almost 39 and a game til midnight most nights and until 1 or 2 on the weekends and I'm up at 530 during the week and 9 on the weekend

I'm 33 and I can still play games late if I've got a day off or work a late shift the next day. And even then i usually just sleep for 6 hours and I'm good. 🤣
