its the algorithm, small accounts with less interactions have (576x1024 half a méga bitrate) nd it will stay like that until ur accounts grow nd get more interactions. then it will increase the bitrate not resolution resulting in higher quality

Is it just me or has exporting in 4k and 1080p haven’t been looking too different after uploading to apps lately? I just uploaded 4 videos on (one of my private accounts to test them) with the following settings: 4k + 30fps + h.264 (videoleap 1080p + 30fps + HEVC(h.265) (video leap) 4k + 30fps + 46 bitrate (CapCut) 1080p + 30fps + 16 bitrate (Capcut) They all looked about the same, but the 4k uploads looked slightly clearer. What have y’all experienced?
