@feedingjackie: We stayed at Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs and tried their breakfast buffet — here’s what you can expect! We showed up at 6:15AM (opens at 6:30), and they let us in early. A staff member seats you, and you can choose any table without the “Meal in Progress” sign. Grab a tray and load up — they had a great variety: Soups, salads, tempura, sashimi, fruit Unlimited yakult (!!) Dessert bar (brown sugar one was the best!) Be careful: yogurt cups in the fridge are not ice cream — skip them if you’re not into that Once 6:30 hits, it gets PACKED — like 20–30 minute lineups for seconds. My tip: get everything you want in your first round. Cost: 2,800 yen or $26.73 CAD per person. BONUS: Post-bath treats are included!
