I tell my coworkers to play shake it off if I have a seizure at work... also if I piss myself someone is obligated to spill a water bottle. I have a seizure playlist for bad days too.

I actually created a seizure playlist for 8 year old 5 years old silblings so they weren’t scared when they heard I’d had one. They just had to play the playlist and imagine it to that 😂😂😂
