I had one of these & secretly recorded it.when the report came in EVERYTHING in the rpt was a fabrication. He lied about it all and I had proof. It still didn’t matter. These exams should be illegal.

I was denied disability “upon review” and sent all 7 of my doctors letters with medical records. People that are sick do not need these hurdles or drama.

What if their "doctor" is a chiropractor who knows nothing about your condition?? That was my experience, had no clue about heart problems!! And consult was two chairs facing each other at an empty office and a laptop. Four or 5 questions before denial! Was a joke. Appeal.

Mine was ridiculous. We went over my diagnosis’s, medications, and he did an exam. He didn’t want a letter from my doctor. He was done in 10 minutes. We were all ushered through like cattle.

I did take a letter from my own pain management doctor along with an FCE. The appointment was a joke. i was denied. Had to hire an attorney...I finally was approved.

Question how often do kids with disabilities get denied? We are going to file for my son. He’s 4. He has brain delay, global developmental delay, seizures and recently diagnosed with autism and adhd, and a couple others for hearing and speech.

what if you have more than one doctor.. I see my practitioner and I see a heart doctor a rheumatologist a therapist a foot and ankle doctor a liver doctor...and possibly going to be put on the transplant list..
