DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON! When trading in to get the new phone they stole my phone never put it as a trade in and told me it wasn’t their problem and that u need to pay for a new phone. NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME NOT EVEN A SUPERVISOR!

Verizon one of your store have the worst employees ever I was trying to buy 3 iPhones but then they kept trying to get me buying chargers when I said no but they kept on asking. One man was serving me then another jump in trying to get me buy the overpriced charger while I said no like 20 times. They kept adding fees.

You need a class action lawsuit. Suddenly towers in our area are down, deeming our phones useless. There is no answer because you took the old towers down and cant seem to put up the new ones. Now we have to pay $2k to move to another carrier. Disgusting.
