@janetlinxo: 📍DAY 4 OF ICELAND reykjavík → skógafoss day 4 was a mix of city shopping + waterfalls 🧭 morning in reykjavík: explored iceland’s capital- walkable, colorful, and full of puffin souvenir shops (there are a lot) visited hallgrímskirkja, the tallest church in iceland (244 ft), inspired by lava flow formations walked down rainbow street-expect fur shops, lots of puffin themed souvenirs, and cafés back to back 🥣 what we ate: kjötsúpa, a traditional icelandic lamb soup made with slow-cooked lamb, potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, and leeks (it was $40… but honestly? worth it. like a warm hug in a bowl) 💧 afternoon in the south: drove 2 hrs south to skógafoss, one of iceland’s most iconic waterfalls (200 ft tall) it was pouring rain, but because of that... we had the entire place to ourselves #iceland #reykjavik #skogafoss #icelandtravel #lambsoup #visiticeland #southiceland
