It happened to my husband. He went to court! They won! Told him he was gonna have to give up his bank information so they can withdraw in payments. They never got his bank information and he never paid! And they didn’t come back for him either!!!

Target tried that with me during Covid I never went to court and never heard from them since and I never contacted them either and that credit card was from 2006

They came for my mom (3rd party ) and she had court last week . They wanted over $900 when she only owed $200. This is from 2021. But she made a deal and Just paid the $200.

They got sued and lost a long time and are actually still going through lawsuits! They are trying to sue people to get some money back!!! But yess they got a few lawsuits on them!!
