Ingredients used include: ~2 cups of vegetable oil ~1 and 1/2 cup of white sugar ~3 eggs ~1 cup of milk ~1 teaspoon of white vinegar ~3 cups of soft flour ~1 tablespoon of red food color ~1 tablespoon of cocoa powder ~1 teaspoon of baking powder ~1 teaspoon of baking soda ~1/2 teaspoon of salt P.S you can get the whip cream powder at the local market for the frosting.
