As an intellectual property lawyer I know how frustrating this is! But you own the copyright to your work once it’s created. It just sucks because China is a pretty lenient with their IP enforcement

Girl everything you draw create etc when it's your own original design - there's automatically copyright on it. Nobody else is allowed to use or sell it without your consent....

Find the email where you sent your work to print it and go to the lawyer to copyright it. The date of your email has to be seen.

You can copyright it by putting it in a sealed envelope and posting it back to yourself and keep it sealed. The post date proves the copyright.

Hey! I just went thru this with Temu - I was able to get mine removed w/o trademark/copywrite after 24 hours. When going in the IP portal click begin - design - paste stolen url - click the top option - paste your website - upload a picture - click copywrite public link - paste your physical listing url - then the rest is person info. I hope this helps!
