I've been an insurance coordinator in dental for 10+ yrs. Although I do love seeing my pt ests being exact, appealing a denial and having it be overturned in favor of the patient is top tier.

One of the things I love about the company I work for. We do all of the front office work that often gets pushed to the side. No better feeling than getting a claim paid that you have been fighting for months to get paid.
