It’s good for an oatmeal substitute. With a bit of cinnamon, some chopped nuts and a bit of honey, monkfruit or brown sugar 🙏💙

I use the juice of a lemon with the water (so 1:1 liquid to quinoa) plus the zest of a lemon, dill, and chives. So good
