Chocolate Dipped Mango Frozen Yogurt Bars 😍🥭 A delicious, 5-ingredient snack that’s perfect for back-to-school! Mango is my #1 favorite fruit (my husband’s, too!) so these froyo bars are our ideal snack/dessert 🙌 Make a batch and keep them in the freezer for whenever you’re craving something sweet, but not too sweet. Mango is naturally sweet by itself, and 1 serving (3/4) has over 20 vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. Plus, you’re getting some protein from the yogurt 💪 Save the recipe below! #mango #mangoboard 🥭 Chocolate Dipped Mango Frozen Yogurt Bars (makes 8) 1 1/2 cups full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt 1 1/2 cup diced mango 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp maple syrup 10 oz dark chocolate Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil Line a loaf pan both ways with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Stir in the diced mango, then pour the mixture into the loaf pan and smooth out the top. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours. Remove from the freezer and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Carefully slice into 8 bars (if you apply too much pressure on the knife, frozen yogurt pieces may break off). Return to the freezer while you melt the chocolate. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper. Dip each froyo bar into the chocolate and quickly rotate it to coat each side in chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off, then transfer to the parchment paper. Wait for the chocolate to solidify before enjoying. Keep these stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months!
