Also try the kids section size 150 or 160. I am also 4 11, I sometimes use kids size 160. The price is much cheaper although selection is limited. Perks of being petite 😄

I'm the same height! I got a pair of the knit ribbed pants and I put them in the dryer on low one time and they shrunk in length a bit and fit way better!!
