I change shower heads too. Install my own and their sits under the cabinet until I move again. And the little rings and filters on the sink depending on type of sink

I keep the originals. I change the locks, change the toilet seats & make copy of the original keys (if I don’t change the locks— put all the originals up & out the way).. when it’s times for us to move, I switch it all back & give the landlords a the copies of the keys I made.

When I change fixtures, I also save them and put them back before moving out. Landlords are good for charging you.
