✨ Boundaries are supposed to keep love in, not push people out. Too often, boundaries are wielded like sledgehammers: “Do this, or I’ll cut you off.” That’s not a boundary, that’s hyper-individualism dressed up as healing. Real boundaries ask: 💡 How can I love myself fully and still stay connected to you? 💡 Where’s the overlap that lets us build something sustainable and dependable? When you threaten to exile people every time they cross a line, you’re not building liberation. You’re recreating isolation. 📍 Practice: Take one boundary you’re holding and rewrite it as a love-centered boundary. Instead of “If you do this, I’m done,” try: “I want to keep loving you, and here’s what I need in order to do that.” This is the kind of work I walk you through in my workbook, Relational Skills for Liberation. Because boundaries aren’t meant to end relationships, they’re meant to preserve the ones worth keeping. 📕 Start practicing love-centered boundaries today.
