There’s one down my street, it’s not always used but it’s great! Sadly teenagers tore it apart at one point but the owner fixed it and put it right back up.

I feel like the sign will get ruined due to the elements. I’d recommend making a large wooden one. Paint it bright colours to attract! I wish I lived closer I’d totally add rocks!!!
