My teeth are not super crooked but mine was $5,800. Insurance pays $3k 1/2 the first month and 1/2 in 12 months. I am doing one tray per week and have a total of 19 trays

From my understanding insurance makes payments quarterly, depending who you have.

From my understanding your insurance will pay a portion monthly till the end of the treatment. ( if covered) so their portion of $2000 would be covered by the lifespan of your treatment.

insurance should pay in full by the end of the estimated 18 months! it won't matter if you end up in a refinement, they pay by the original finish date
