Track calories and eat in a calorie deficit. Almost always meet my protein and fibre goals. Walk 2miles 5-6 days a week and drink my water goals daily. The scale won’t budge. It’s soooo disheartening.

I literally try to eat the same things every day week the week and maybe on the weekends splurge a little but nothing too crazy because as you get older, it’s just harder to keep the weight off

I gotta have a good balance of carbs to fuel workouts and fat for hormones, esp as a 40 yo woman. I get 120-130g of fiber and 30-35g of fiber is my goal. But if I had 160g of protein, my carbs and fat would be too low and they arr important as well. Love the protein, fiber, movement, water advice tho! 👏🏻👏🏻
