@danie_does_tiktok: Replying to @Kacee Atkins it’s mind blowing how many videos suggesting these ‘cheats’ have come across my fyp today. Never link a product without physical proof you have the item. DO NOT make non linked videos showing a product and then directing people to your showcase. In fact, don’t direct them to your showcase at all. This is in violation of FTC guidelines and the fines are HUGE and they can give that fine on multiple videos. It’s not a one time, it is per video that is in violation! If you are promoting a product for a paid collab that is a non shoppable video, you also have to disclose that as an ad!! That can be as simple as putting AD or hashtag AD in your captions. Louder in the back for some of you: YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME TO READ AND UNDERSTAND the GUIDELINES!!
