Take pain meds before PT! Pt post surgery is absolutely brutal and I promise it will get better. But take meds about 45 min before your appointment and it will help

Same girl, I have 2 full tears in my left knee, they won’t do surgery and this week I found out I have 2 brain tumors, explains the 2 1/2 year headache. Not sure why I’m sticking around earth anymore.
