Working as a salesman for a wholesale distributor for 20 years, practically all catfish is farm raised. These are miscut filets. Not belly meat.

Did you just say random cut? How can a fish have any cut other than a fillet? Not like it's a cow. All the fish I catch are two cuts,one fillet on each side.
