Autistic and ADHD. I love heavy metal. If pressed that's what I say. I'm also fond of neo-folk (that's a hard genre to like because so many of them end up bribg fascist). I fall more in rhe sensory seeking rather than avoidant part of the gradient. So I gravitate towards music that can hit those sensory stims.
