It’s kind of hard to romanticize this when Miami is such a small city. It’s really easy to run into people in Miami. Also men never delete phone numbers because they love to spin the block. I’ve told men to delete my number and they still haven’t to this day, him keeping her number means nothing but he wanted another option one day that he can pull out of his back pocket. If he didn’t run into her then, he would have texted her eventually out of convenience because he lived there now. It’s not like some kind of “magic” or whatever. Sorry to kill it for you guys but thats just reality. I’ve run into people randomly later on over the years in Miami and nyc, it’s not that deep.
