BEUH LITTERALY! IN OKINAWA I GOT TO THA AIRPORT 3 hours early and don’t get to the gate until 10-5 minutes before boarding because of long check in and lines at security

When I went in March 2024 it looked like this and took about an hour. When I went in January 2025 it did not look like this and I was literally at baggage claim in ten minutes
