Moo Moo Mia in Montrose and Monrovia had a Dubai chocolate ice cream special that I am praying they bring back because it was the perfect balance of flavors and textures.

I love knafeh, the traditional version with rose syrup and pistachios and cheese is so amazing, I recommend to anyone looking for a show stopper dessert to make. Super easy if you can get the knafeh

I had a Dubai chocolate donut at Union Sqaure donuts in Boston and the Kataifi was crispy, the pistachio cream was so flavorful and the chocolate icing was RICH. It was a 10/10.

Only Dubai chocolate thing I’ve had the chance to try so far was a cup of strawberries with chocolate sauce, pistachio cream & knafeh and it was genuinely delicious 😋
