🥖 The Warmth of Wheat in Slow Moments: The Comfort & Grace of No-Knead Bread 🌾✨
In this fast-paced world, sometimes the most healing thing is simply the gentle aroma of baking bread drifting through the kitchen 🏡🥰. Today, I'm sharing this foolproof, zero-kneading homemade bread recipe with you 👩‍🍳🥣. No complicated techniques are needed—just leave it to time and patience ⏰, and you'll be rewarded with a delicious treat that warms the whole house 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️.
 🌿 Ingredients
 All-purpose flour (or bread flour): 500g 🌾
 Dry yeast: 10g 🦠
Sugar: 1 tbsp (helps activate the yeast and adds flavor) 🥄
Salt: 1 tsp (to balance the taste) 🧂
 Warm water: 350 ml (recommended water temperature between 38°C to 43°C / 100°F to 110°F) 💧
Olive oil: 2 tbsp (gives the dough richness and creates a golden, crispy crust) 🍾
 👩‍🍳 Instructions
Activate the Yeast: Mix the warm water, sugar, and dry yeast together. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until a rich, delicate layer of bubbles forms 🫧, which means the yeast is active and full of life ✨.
Mix the Dough: Pour in the olive oil, salt, and flour. Stir thoroughly with a spatula or wooden spoon until there is no dry flour left, forming a relatively wet and sticky dough 🥄. The secret to no-knead bread is its high hydration—no heavy hand-kneading required 🤲❌.
First Rise: Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour ⏱️, until the dough doubles in size 🎈 and is filled with honeycomb air pockets inside 🕳️.
Second Rest: Gently transfer the risen dough into a greased baking pan (you can also brush a thin layer of oil on top). Without knocking out too much air, let it rest and naturally relax for another 30 minutes ⏲️.
Bake to Perfection: Place it into a preheated oven 🔥, and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35 to 40 minutes 🌡️. When the whole kitchen is filled with the cozy aroma of malt 👃🍞, and the crust turns a gorgeous golden brown 🌟, it's ready to come out 🛎️.
Enjoy the Moment: Let it cool slightly before slicing 🔪. With a crispy crust and a soft, moist interior, whether you spread it with butter and jam 🍓, or pair it with a hot bowl of soup 🥣, it is the ultimate comfort for cozy days 🧣💖.
“May God bless your home with love, peace, and abundance 🙏🕊️. In these everyday moments, every piece of homemade food is a precious gift of life 🎁. May His grace and joy be with you and your family always 🌸✨.”

Vanille 24:00 by @Francesca Dell'oro Perfumer Claire Liegent Fragrance Sample @Scent Split Fragrance Notes acai berry Pink pepper black pepper cade juniper cactus flower immortelle violet vanilla black cardamom osmanthus ambrarome mysore sandalwood gurjan balsam atlas cedar amber styrax First Thoughts 💭 I'm very much enjoying exploring this house, everything I've tried so far has been a pleasure to smell.. vanille 8 vanille 12 & now vanille 24 all such pretty scents imho My Review This opens up with black pepper pink pepper and cade juniper.. the pepper is bright & sparkly, and I get an ever so slight piney citrus fresh smell After a second, the citrus/piney really softens, and this beautiful vanilla sweetness starts coming through.. and something fruity.. maybe the acai berries There's a really pretty floral component to the blend.. I think the florals I can pick out the most are the violet, and I think I'm picking up on some jasmine.. but I could be wrong It's soft, a little powdery, and after it dries down a bit, I'm picking up a very light hint of something that smells like suede.. and it's kinda coming in and out I get a sweet slightly powdery fruity vanilla with a touch of earthiness and a drydown that brings out a suede like note followed by sandalwood & styrax, so a little woodiness as well.. all the while that sweet fruity vanilla with gentle florals stayed throughout my wear To me, this honestly seems like a pretty complex type of fragrance with many layers and it's one that keeps changing on my skin Longevity: It wore for around 7 hours on my skin before it started to get lighter but I can still smell it a bit Projection: This seems fairly intimate, but at the same time I feel like it's projecting and creating a gorgeous scent bubble, that it's highly possible you could be noticed and complimented This was truly a fun one to sniff! ♡ #fragrance #perfume #parfum #vanillaperfume #perfumereview
