Brown Butter Nutella Cookies I hope your keeping up 😅 Ingredients: * ½ cup (113g) browned butter (start with about 140g unsalted butter) * ⅓ cup (67g) granulated sugar * ½ cup (150g) packed brown sugar * 1 large egg (50g) * 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * 1½ cups (186g) all-purpose flour * 1½ cups (255g) chocolate chips * 6 frozen scoops of Nutella (about 1 tbsp each) * Extra chocolate chunks for topping 🍫 Instructions: Brown the butter over medium heat until golden brown with a nutty aroma, then let it cool until just warm.
