I laughed at the part about shoppers wanting to see the "new" merch not the relisted "old" stuff. like ma'am fix your algorithm so it doesn't only push new items & we wouldn't feel compelled to relist

PR person by day here. I suspect PR team recommended a different message and were overruled by Leadership and Legal. I agree it’s a vague message that says nothing.
