Wait-has she considered car seats? Booster seats? If it’s a van and not a bus-they need those. And they have to be fitted for each child and that’s a lot of money

The daycare also need drivers insurance to take/ drive those kids elsewhere... workers personal insurance, no cover job and kids..if the "busses" are bigger passanger vans # people= special license

Ummm transporting kids usually requires a class B license (chauffeur/taxi) in most states
