You want to do your display referred transform (rec709) last. Otherwise shooting log is useless. You want to colour grade ON the log footage (scene referred)

Rec709 last. Gives you way more data to work with for colour grading, and primaries. Rec709 last also helps ensure everything is in a normal colour space for socials after
