No religion should be blamed for the actions of a government. At the same time, no government should be protected from accountability by hiding behind religion. Jewish people are not the Israeli government, just as ordinary Palestinians are not Hamas. Defending Palestinian humanity is not antisemitism. It is a demand that every human life be treated as valuable.
