I replaced the rubber seal around the door but my door won’t lock, removed the seal, it locks, I even flipped it the opposite way… still can’t get the door locked! Help

I have a samsung dw80f600uts. Do you know if its the same preocess to replace the bottom door seal? Got quoted 500 to replace the seal so i need to figure it out on my own
