The Peugeot 504 was everywhere. Assembled locally by Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN) in Kaduna, it became one of Nigeria’s most recognizable cars and earned a reputation for surviving the country’s roads and conditions. Then came the Mercedes-Benz W123 ,the famous “Regular Benz.” Tough, comfortable and prestigious, it became associated with success and was widely admired for its durability.
