When I was in AZ doing hospice. I was at a SNF where the CNA did voice charting. Using a headset talking while doing vitals and personal care. That was over 5yrs ago. The technology already exists.

I agree with voice charting. With some sort of option to “make it better” or word it better. Also I would like AI to provide continuous education to the patient. For example today’s plan and updates
