@crmnallyobsessed: According to police, Richard Smith was caught stealing alcohol from a Florida store then was seen driving in circles around the store before taking off when police arrived. During an attempted stop, Smith told a Highlands County deputy, "I was just going to give you a drink," while holding out a can of Ketel One vodka spritz. After a high-speed chase police deployed spike strips and the pursuit ended at the Sebring airport.
