Popular sources are never pure truth, and the Wikimedia Foundation makes this clear. It also asks that editors keep this in mind, as your edits may well be wrong and best reverted or edited. The sources that Wikipedia uses aren't being universally destroyed, and it isn't 2001 anymore. Other, more scholarly, academic, and peer reviewed source aggregates and encyclopedias are available for free online now.
