I bring bay leaves, Cinnamon stick, Nutmeg, orange peel and ginger to a boil. Cool and blend with sea moss after it has been cleaned and soaked using limes.

only thing the fruit added sea moss goes bad faster I make mine fresh no preservatives so the ones that sit on the shelf clearly has preservatives
