Recipe 1/3 cup white whine vinegar 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 garlic clove, chopped 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 1/2 cups strawberries, halved 1. Add the vinegar, water, maple srup, garlic, salt, and pepper flakes to a sauce pan and bring up to a simmer, stirring occationally. 2. Add the strawberries to a jar and cover with the pickling liquid. Cover with the lid at let sit unitl cooled down and up to 2 weeks in the fridge! 3.
