i'm not kidding, e-mail your instructor and detail why you cannot use genAI for moral reasons. suggest or ask to do the assignment in a different form to make up the work, it's not fair for you to have to go against your ethics in order to not fail a class. ik people will say it's not that deep but it's what i would do and instructors can be really understanding about it if you show work ethic and desire to still do well on the assignment
