Actually I think he just realized how dumb they look for calling the cops on people not breaking the law. 1st amendment. Policy is not law. Library is public property paid for by taxpayers.

That security guard is a big cry baby. Maybe he should find a different job. These security guards need more training on the 1st amendment and the difference between private and public property.
