I did it & it worked: blocking or even deleting "friends" who only sucked energy from me through their toxic, narcissistic behaviour. I found back to me and live a calme, content and independent life.

Yeah im disracted by there bad behavior, they remove people from my life. friends and possible girl friends. but if i put my phone on fly mode no one can visit me. so actually i understand this now.
