Jewel tones are the very saturated ones, or fluorescent depending on how bright they are—that would be what you can call the second set of marker paints, btw. I would say jewel tones

paint markers are too hard to control the paint. cuts on cleanup time but it makes things way worse looking. don’t recommend

does the paint chip off with movement of the plastic? I have some ball jointed figures I want to repaint the entire skin tone of, and it looks like the first marker set listed has the right skin tone I need, but not sure if it would just scrape off as soon as there's any movement of the ball joints
