Im sorry but if you workout really hard you cannot possible do that same muscle 3-4 days later at the same intensity while working all other muscles twice a week at the same time. Its just cramming all the muscles

2 days a week full body is a great option if you’re cardio/weight loss driven because it leaves you five free days to run or whatever kind of cardio you choose

but doesn't the muscle grow after you train it to failure and the intensity will allow it to fatigue hence tear the muscle and when the muscle heals it will inevidently grow thereafter. Please explain if I'm not understanding it right
