The caffeine in the coffee will increase motility … and miralax doesn’t draw water into colon it hold on to it ,,when the large intestine is trying to draw it from the stool miralax will hold on to it

Mixing with liquid makes me nauseous extremely! But with a 1/2 cup of applesauce helps me. Still drink your fluids. It was a life saver for me.

I always put it in my 1 cup of coffee & it works quickly. You cant taste it at all. I disagree about putting it into coffee!
