@hannahforex_tik: why are you having coffee outside, there’s coffee at home!” ☕️ whos ever heard that growing up? my philosophy is that if a $5 coffee brings me 3-4 hours of focused work. then that coffee is worth it!! coffee shops and cafes is what led me to read a book that changed my thinking, or inspired me to start a yt channel, or got me to do that ASR ive been procrastinating on. or sometimes i just stare out the cafe window and talk to God and instantly, I visualise solutions to my challenges. 💭 pinpoint any beliefs you have, then ask yourself: - did i choose my beliefs or are they passed over from friends, family or culture? - does this belief serve me well? - what belief aligns me with who i want to be? #reels #hannahforex
