My old apt used to have trash valet (mandatory to pay it) but the hours were 9-5 but your trash couldn’t sit out for longer than an hour.. so everyone with a 9-5 couldn’t use it. Biggest scam…

Just remember this contributes to your rent being higher. The intern space for the chute, trash room, and the labor costs

does the room smell? we have one, but it’s smells so RANK i actually hate going to throw anything away. i’m wondering if it’s normal or if they just didn’t build it right (my complex is a new build)

My complex has trash chutes but since I’m on the first floor, our trash room has two big cans (instead of a chute) and it stinks soo bad 😭😭 makes me hate taking the trash out so much lol

We just got a trash chute, recycling has to be taken to the first floor. A recycling chute would be epic

My college apartment had one dumpster at the other end of the huge complex. I had to cross so many parking lots and streets. I would always carry an extra bag in case the bag broke 😂
