I have an active cat and he doesn’t want anything to do with it. It belongs to the neighbors their cats and they don’t want anything to do with it either.

Best toy I ever got my cat! When she’s not chasing it, she’s watching it! She moves around always finding the best vantage point. Watches it veer around the floor. Then, all of a sudden she’ll fill up with energy and - Pounce! It’s even fun for ME just watching her!!!
